Proctor Moore Solicitors is accredited as Higher Court Rights – Civil. This means that we are able to represent you in litigation matters with utmost expertise and case preparation. Hearings and Trials are prepared by our firm and we represent you at court hearings to include Trials. Appointing our firm with this accreditation can rest you assured that it is being dealt with by expert litigators.

We attend hearings for other law firms as agents and if you are a firm of solicitors and require this service please do not hesitate to enquire about our advocacy service.

Covid-19 Client Guidance.

Our office is open but client meetings are strictly by appointment only.

We remain fully operational and maintain functional and seamless a service.

We can provide client meetings using electronic methods via Skype, Zoom or other appropriate platform.

We continue to operate a service as near normal as is possible.

Please, do not attend our office if you have:

A new continuous cough
A high temperature
A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
Any other COVID-19 symptoms

When arriving your temperature being taken using a Handheld Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer, please wear a face covering during your visit and please sanitize your hands with the hand gel provided.
